Today’s readings invite us to examine our hearts. Do we offer the Lord a place of rest, a table of communion, a chair of attentive listening, and a lamp of faithful witness? Or is God only a passing guest in our lives?
You never know which gesture of hospitality God will use to bless you. But you can be certain that every act of love done in Christ’s name draws heaven a little closer to earth.
We pray for the grace to follow Christ even more closely and welcome him in others!
